Growing Solutions Returns to Oregon

EUGENE, OR—Effective June 1, 2005, Growing Solutions, Incorporated, moved its corporate headquarters from Sonoma, California, to Eugene, Oregon, where it first opened its doors for business in 1997. Growing Solutions designs, manufactures and distributes compost tea systems and related products for sustainable agriculture and horticulture markets.

The recent move was made as a part of a company strategy to consolidate administrative, manufacturing, and research and development functions that had been shared between Oregon and California for nearly two years. According to Michael Alms, Growing Solutions’ president and founder, “Eugene offers several advantages to the ongoing success of our business, including a great pool of talent and proximity to our primary vendors. This is where much of the first innovation and commerce in the compost tea industry began, and we anticipate it will continue to be a great location for our business to continue to grow.”
